leaving myself behind

leaving everything that weighs me down behind

I have been gone for far too long.

It turns out I had sinusitis for a number of weeks, I got put on antibiotics to get rid of it-which made me nauseated. Then my sinus issues came back. Its been a mess. I felt horrible and let myself not work out as much as I should have. I never gained weight during this process; and have actually passed my first goal weight! However I don’t feel as strong as I did before all of this, which I hate.

I’m going to be at 199 or less at the start of April. Mark my words.
9 pounds? That’s nothing. Time to kick some ass.

For me, I don’t notice it too much in the mirror, but I totally feel myself getting stronger with every workout!

Can’t wait to buy my swim pass and see the results of adding that to my work out routine!
